For a major refinery, we manufactured castable butterfly damper for high temperature.

This product has a regular butterfly damper with internal insulation structure (caster) added. The valve disc and valve stem can withstand until 1100℃ by utilizing corrosion and heat resistant superalloy.

In addition, the castable operation is manufactured in our own factory and reduces the amount of leak by careful adjustment of the operating range and sealing surface when it is fully closed.

We have some achievements of air and exhaust gas duct for the industrial plants such as incinerator, facility of iron manufacture, cement, petroleum refining plant, deodorizing equipment, etc. We also design and manufacture for specific products, so please feel free to contact us.
